As a B-Corp, Athleta has environmentalism written into its brand identity and in this spirt the summer 2022 campaign ventured into Joshua Tree National Park. The campaign invited women to reflect, be active, and simply exist in nature, while underscoring the importance of environmental preservation:We partnered with Carolyn Murphy, an activist and ambassador committed to fighting single-plastic use and promoting sustainable lunch options in schools across the country. Yogi Akesha Murray stretched upon epic rocks, trail runner Colleen Cooley decided to spend the night outdoors before her morning run and rock climbing collective Flash Foxy’s Zion connected with their mom.
